Veterans Supporting Veterans on Hospice Care in Hackensack NJ

Amedisys Hospice is looking for veterans, active duty military, military family members who have a passion for giving back to older veterans. Someone who is willing to sit and "talk shop" with our end-of-life hospice patients.

We also do veteran's pinning ceremonies to honor their service with a pin, a cerrtificate and a hand made quilt. These are incredibly touching events for the vet, their family and their care team. It measn that much more if another bet or active service member is there as well.
