Position Overview

The Operations Manager / Program Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth execution of LandSeed’s programs, operations, and strategic initiatives. This role oversees daily operational functions, coordinates cross-departmental workflows, and ensures programs are delivered effectively and in alignment with the organization’s mission.

The ideal candidate is an organized, adaptable, and mission-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment — someone capable of turning strategy into execution while maintaining operational excellence and impact measurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth program delivery and organizational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage systems for tracking timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication across departments.
  • Support budgeting, documentation, and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Assist leadership in planning and executing new initiatives and partnerships.
  • Monitor program progress, evaluate impact, and prepare reports or presentations.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance performance and scalability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations or program management.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and team coordination.
  • Excellent communication and passion for social impact and sustainability.
