Volunteer Title: Arts Outreach Ambassador

(Remote Volunteer Role)

Description:

Arts4Schools is seeking a friendly and articulate Arts Outreach Ambassador to serve as the welcoming voice of our organization. In this role, you will call schools throughout Connecticut and Washington, D.C. to share information about our school assembly programs and afterschool arts initiatives.

We’re looking for someone with a pleasant, clear speaking voice and professional phone etiquette who can confidently and kindly introduce our organization to school leaders, take notes on their interest, and help us make the connection for follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Call schools using our provided contact list
• Clearly introduce Arts4Schools and explain our programs
• Record schools’ level of interest and contact details
• Forward responses to our program coordinator for next steps

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a clear, warm speaking voice
• Comfortable making phone calls and following a brief script
• Professional, positive attitude
• Reliable and organized
