School Outreach Volunteer – Help Connect Arts4Schools with Schools

Arts4Schools provides assemblies, residencies, and after-school programs in music, dance, theatre, cultural arts, and more. To keep growing our impact, we need dedicated volunteers to help us reach more schools and educators.

What you’ll do:

• Research and identify schools that could benefit from our programs.
• Contact schools by phone or email to share information about Arts4Schools.
• Maintain outreach records (we’ll provide a simple system).
• Assist with scheduling follow-ups and collecting feedback.

Why it matters:

By helping us connect with more schools, you’re ensuring students across D.C. and Connecticut get access to high-quality arts education that builds creativity, discipline, and confidence.

Skills needed: Communication, Outreach, Relationship Building, Organization.

We are looking for people who can have us during the day between 8 AM to 2 PM. Schools are eager to get School assemblies and we are looking for those who have time to make the calls to contact the schools.

if you’re interested in reaching out to schools, and both Connecticut and DC, we would love to have you join us. We are looking for colors who are well-versed, that can read the script and be able to gain information so we can serve our community.
