Arts4Schools is a vibrant nonprofit arts organization that has been serving communities for over 10 years, reaching more than 65,000 students. We specialize in customized arts integration programs for schools, including after-school programs, artist-in-residency experiences, live performances, and special projects. Recently, we have expanded into Washington, D.C., and we are building strong partnerships with schools to bring transformative arts experiences to students.

Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and articulate volunteer to serve as our School Outreach Caller. In this role, you will be the voice of Arts4Schools when reaching out to schools on our behalf. You will share information about our programs, answer basic questions, and help connect interested schools with our team.

Responsibilities

• Call school administrators, after-school program coordinators, and decision-makers using a provided call list and script.

• Clearly and enthusiastically present Arts4Schools’ programs and mission.

• Record conversation outcomes and update contact information in our database.

• Forward leads or program inquiries to the appropriate Arts4Schools staff member.

• Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times, representing Arts4Schools positively.

Qualifications

• Clear speaking voice with excellent articulation and phone etiquette.

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Comfortable following a script but able to adapt to conversational flow.

• Reliable and able to work independently.

• U.S.-based with a phone number that ensures calls are well-received by schools.

• Prior experience in outreach, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required.
