Fundraiser Chair

ConqHer is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven individual to serve as our Fundraising Chair, a key volunteer leadership role that will guide and support our year-round fundraising strategy. As we continue to grow and serve more girls and women across North Texas, we’re looking for someone who can help us build sustainable partnerships, lead fundraising initiatives, and expand our donor base.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in fundraising, donor relations, event planning, or nonprofit development who is passionate about empowering women and creating long-term impact.

• Co-developing and overseeing ConqHer’s annual fundraising plan

• Advising and supporting campaigns like North Texas Giving Day, year-end appeals, and monthly giving initiatives

• Helping cultivate relationships with donors, partners, and sponsors

• Leading or advising fundraising committees (including for our 11-Year Celebration)

• Identifying grant and sponsorship opportunities

• Collaborating with ConqHer’s leadership team to ensure alignment and growth

• A passion for ConqHer’s mission

• A strong network and/or creative approach to building partnerships

• Great communication and collaboration skills

• A willingness to serve as a key thought partner in our long-term fundraising success

• A leadership role in one of North Texas’ most impactful women and girl-focused nonprofits

• Visibility in the community

• Strategic nonprofit experience

• Recognition across ConqHer’s communications and events
