Q’s Ministry BHITS is a nonprofit religious, scientific, and educational organization (501(c)(3), E‑Verified) seeking enthusiastic volunteers and interns (OPT / CPT welcome) to help develop and enhance our digital platforms, online presence, and global ministry tools.

Whether you’re a tech developer, designer, writer, analyst, or creative storyteller — we have a role that aligns with your talents and makes an impact.

🌍 What You’ll Do

You'll have the opportunity to contribute to real-world mission-driven projects like:

  • App & Website Development: Build and improve full-stack apps and websites using existing hosting and developer accounts.
  • UI/UX Design: Enhance user experience for our mobile apps, online store, and digital training platforms.
  • Shopify & E-Commerce: Curate, organize, and promote products, workbooks, music, and resources using Shopify and e-publishing tools.
  • SEO & Digital Marketing: Write, edit, and optimize content for visibility and discoverability.
  • Blogging & Content Creation: Share ministry updates and stories through engaging blog posts and creative copywriting.
  • Social Media Management: Design and post original content on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more.
  • Photography & Visual Media: Capture or curate imagery for our online presence and community documentation.
  • Data Science & Analytics: Support data entry, generate reports, and analyze user feedback for improved reach.
  • Digital Archiving: Label, describe, and prepare 300+ instrumental music tracks and 500+ radio programs for publication and streaming.
  • Education Platform Support: Help set up courses, training guides, and ministry materials in our digital learning academy.

🛠️ What You’ll Need

  • A personal computer and phone for communication and development.
  • Interest or skills in any of the following:
  • coding, website/app design, media, writing, editing, social media, analytics, data entry, music/media cataloging, Shopify, UI/UX, SEO, or suggest your own to see if that would fit..
  • Willingness to collaborate in a hybrid format:
  • Remote work with occasional (weekly or as available) in-person meetups in Los Angeles County.

Bring your creativity and skills to life while supporting meaningful projects! We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers and interns (OPT / CPT welcome) to join Q’s Ministry BHITS in developing and enhancing our digital platforms.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Assemble, build and/or improve websites and/or apps using existing hosting and developer accounts.
  • Assemble helpful workbooks and apps.
  • Perform computations, data science, analytics, and reporting to support projects.
  • Work on e-commerce integration with platforms like Shopify.
  • Manage inventory systems and apply digital marketing strategies.
  • Enhance our online store and create user-friendly project downloads.
  • Contribute to our digital academy by setting up educational and training materials.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging content.
  • Support SEO optimization by entering descriptions and boosting online visibility.
  • Share your creative voice through blogging and digital storytelling.
  • Contribute photography and visual media to capture and promote our work.
  • Download, label, and describe the pastor’s 300+ instrumental music tracks from portal/computer.
  • Download, label, and describe 500+ prerecorded radio programs and prepare them for upload into other platforms.
  • Commit to the full duration of these media projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

What you’ll need:

  • Your own computer and phone for development and communication.
  • Skills in one or more of the following: coding, web/app design, social media, blogging, SEO, photography, data science, analytics, marketing, inventory management, or media cataloging.
  • Willingness to collaborate in a hybrid format (remote or occasional - weekly in-person meetings in Los Angeles County).
