Administrative Volunteers Needed in Addison, TX!

Do you enjoy organization and behind-the-scenes work? Bristol Hospice Dallas is seeking Administrative Volunteers to support our care team from the office.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with filing, data entry, and preparing mailings
• Making or answering phone calls and taking messages to report to clinical staff
• Help assemble patient admission packets
• Support special projects and events for staff and patients in the community or in the office
• Keep our office running smoothly

Requirements:

• Must be at least 14 years old; 18 years old if you're working directly with patients
• Basic computer and office skills is a plus
• Complete Bristol Hospice's volunteer training and onboarding processes
• Pass background check and TB screening (provided at no cost)

This type of volunteer opportunity is GREAT for high-school students who need to complete community service hours or those who are looking to gain experience in healthcare.

Time Commitment: Flexible with your schedule, shifts available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM)
