Instructional Design Team for Nature Counter: Instructional Design Volunteer Manager
The Instructional Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire design process for Nature Counter's educational content. This individual collaborates with subject matter experts to understand the instructional end goals, defines the instructional strategies, and guides the team to design, develop, and deliver effective learning materials.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating with the instructional design team.
- Ensuring alignment of educational content with the app's goals and objectives.
- Implementing best practices in instructional design and learning theories.
- Overseeing the creation of engaging, interactive learning materials that promote nature immersion and its benefits.
- Evaluating and iterating on the effectiveness of the educational content.
