Your Neighbor Couldn't Get to the Store for Bread or Milk Before This Storm!

Right now there are 88 people, some right in your neighborhood, who couldn't get to the store for bread and milk in advance of this little winter dust-up. Some might have lost power with no way to even buy batteries or get to a warming center until power is restored.

We try to change that by matching them with vounteer neighbors who can run to the store for them or with them, make sure they have food and medicines for a few days and worst case, get them somewhere warm when the power is out. Most volunteers are within 5 miles of a neighbor who is blind and don't even know it!! But I know, and I can help, you can too.

When these neighbors have volunteers, they are safer, prouder, happier and live longer lives at home where they want to be in the communities they helped build.
