Brighten up community buildings in Cluses, France

Welcome to the Northern Alps region! Halfway between Mount Blanc and Léman lake, the town of Cluses and its exceptional views await you this summer for an international volunteer project. You will be welcomed by some of the town’s local young people, aged 18 to 25, who will be by your side working on the project and showing you their splendid region. Expect cultural immersion and celebrations on this exciting volunteer project.

Together with 8 local young people, you’ll be helping to beautify various community buildings. You’ll be doing important work for the local residents: bringing color and beauty back to old buildings located in a working-class district of the city! You will be assisted by two local animators for the technical part.

Dates: July 5 - July 26, 2025

Location: At the foot of one of the most beautiful mountains in the Northern Alps, and on the edge of the Great Alpine Road, the pretty town of Cluses and its 17,000 inhabitants live in an ideal location! Close to Italy and Switzerland (40 minutes from Geneva!), Cluses gives you direct access to well-known tourist sites such as Mont Blanc or lake Léman: you will be amazed by the greenery and you will be able to learn more about the culture of high altitude towns through unique cultural visits and activities! Also, you will be able to make the most of the city’s summer events.
