Clients will receive a free lunch and the Citizen Circle will receive "feedback" on its performance/assistance provided.
What specific skills will the volunteer need?
Ability to walk approximately 100 ft (escorting client to lunch/survey area).
Summit County Citizen Circle is looking for 4 or 5 volunteers to work on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The meeting location is The Front Porch at 798 Grant St., Akron, OH, 44311. Volunteer duties are to help pass out lunches, surveys, bus or gas cards, and help with other miscellaneous duties to clients who are all Justice Involved Individuals. These individuals have either been in jail, in prison, on probation or on parole and are reentering society.
