As a Bereavement Telephone Volunteer, you will provide a thoughtful and caring presence during a difficult time. Your responsibilities will include:

• Making follow-up phone calls to bereaved families and caregivers to offer a compassionate, listening ear.
• Providing friendly conversation and reassurance, helping to identify any needed support or resources.
• Tracking outreach efforts and family responses to help our support team assess further needs.
• Working remotely on a flexible, recurring schedule.
