York Region Educational Services (YRES) is dedicated to leading community volunteerism as a proud recipient of Canada's Volunteer Award, through providing a wide range of volunteer positions in communities in the Greater Vancouver Area, Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, and Alberta. We are looking for an Outreach & Engagement Assistant Volunteer—someone devoted to giving back to their community, making an impact, and who loves socializing.
The Outreach & Engagement Volunteer is responsible for:
- Working in a team to brainstorm ideas to increase contact and relationships with other organizations
- Maintaining good relationships with other organizations
- Working on and completing projects when assigned
- Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone
- Signing into shift on time
