Role Overview

The Process Improvement Coordinator plays a key role in analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance organizational productivity. This role blends process optimization with AI-driven tools, digital dashboards, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze workflows and processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Implement process improvements using AI tools and digital platforms
  • Maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and performance tracking tools
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other teams to standardize and optimize processes
  • Provide recommendations that enhance productivity, communication, and team efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in process improvement, business operations, or workflow analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply AI tools and digital platforms (training provided as needed)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
