Overview:
CrowdDoing is seeking a dynamic and innovative volunteer for the role of Self-Guided Orientation Automations Director. This role is critical in enhancing the volunteer onboarding experience through automated, self-guided orientation processes. By joining us, you will play a key role in shaping the journey of new volunteers, aligning with our mission of systemic change, social innovation, and sustainable development.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing automated systems, preferably in orientation or training contexts.
- Strong understanding of content management and user experience design.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the values and goals of CrowdDoing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience with learning management systems and digital content creation is highly desirable.
Time Commitment:
- This is a volunteer position. The expected time commitment is 5 hours per week (to be specified by your organization).
Location:
- This position is remote, allowing for flexible volunteering from any location.
