Furry Friends Food Bank and Commodities Supplemental Food Distribution Assistant (Monthly - Calais)

The volunteer will arrive at the EAAA Calais office at 10 AM and will pick up prepackaged pet food and paperwork for distribution. The volunteer will travel to the distribution site to meet the Good Shepherd truck at 10:15 am and help hand out pet food and CSFP boxes from 11 AM - 12 PM. The volunteer will take any extra product back to the EAAA Calais office after the distribution. The volunteer will be responsible for checking names of a roster and sending it in to EAAA after the distribution, lifting 30-pound boxes of food as well as prepackaged pet food and placing them in consumers cars. This site operates outdoors in a drive thru method.
