26-27 Move Conmigo Resource Development Partnership VISTA

Move Conmigo is a community-based nonprofit in Grand Rapids, Michigan that uses movement as a tool to bring together youth, families, and community members in spaces where everyone belongs and thrives. Through free, bilingual (Spanish/English), intergenerational programming, we increase access to physical activity while building confidence, connection, and long-term wellbeing.

The VISTA will play a critical role in strengthening the systems that allow this work to grow. This includes building sustainable fundraising strategies, expanding community partnerships, developing grant writing and tracking processes, and strengthening communications and storytelling efforts. The VISTA will help create the infrastructure needed to increase resources, deepen engagement, and expand the reach of our programs across West Michigan.

We are seeking a candidate who is organized, proactive, and excited about building systems that support long-term impact. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in nonprofit development, fundraising, or community engagement are highly valued. Experience with writing, research, or communications is helpful but not required. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to grow these skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
