People¿s Partner for Community Development (PPCD) is a Native-led nonprofit based on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation in Montana. PPCD helps build a strong, self-sustaining economy by increasing access to capital, supporting small business development, and promoting financial literacy among individuals and families.¿
