25-26 Coach Across America Data Analysis & Reporting VISTA

Coach Across America ensures every child has a coach who believes in them, no matter their background. We recruit and train coach mentors, partnering with schools and organizations across the country to place coaches where they¿re needed most, building resilience and leadership among youth. The CAA Data Analysis and Reporting VISTA plays a critical role in strengthening these efforts by analyzing data, identifying trends, and producing reports that help us make data-driven decisions to enhance community outcomes. In this VISTA role, you will clean and analyze program data, create data visualizations, and develop standardized reporting procedures. You¿ll also collaborate with staff and local site partners to ensure data accuracy and consistency. You¿ll have the opportunity to expand your skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights, developing clear and efficient reporting processes, and making a measurable impact. A passion for data-driven solutions is essential, and while an interest in sports is always a plus, what matters most is your commitment to creating positive change.
