Serving in the community of Southwest Harbor, the Ending Hunger Corps Program Reach Coordination VISTA will increase the capacity and resilience of the Common Good Soup Kitchen through fund development, community outreach, and strategic planning. Common Good Soup Kitchen currently provides meals, a pantry, and a gathering place for the community yet strives to expand its program reach to ensure all can participate in its programs. The VISTA will plan and execute projects that will further the development of the organization and ensure the organization¿s ability to serve vulnerable individuals and families in the organization¿s service area for many years to come.
