Washington Conservation Corps Member (Belfair, WA)

Serving on a Washington Conservation Corps (WCC) crew means spending your days outdoors, in all weather conditions, accomplishing projects that restore and enhance landscapes across Washington. Crew members serve on a crew of five AmeriCorps members, along with an experienced crew supervisor who provides training, mentorship, and development opportunities.

All members earn a biweekly living allowance and an AmeriCorps Education Award once they successfully complete a term. For the 2024-2025 season, members will earn a living allowance of $1,441* issued twice a month. *Members with positions based in King, Snohomish, and Clark counties are eligible for a location-based elevated living allowance of $1,568 issued twice a month. Benefits for all members include health insurance, access to the Member Assistance Program (accessible and quality mental health services), and three weeks of paid, professional training.
