25-26 Chicago Training Center Development & Marketing VISTA

Chicago Training Center (CTC) is a nonprofit organization that uses the sport of rowing to empower underserved youth to achieve their athletic and academic potential. Founded in 2006, CTC provides year-round programming that fosters discipline, teamwork, and leadership through competitive rowing, academic support, and college and career readiness. Our student-athletes¿many of whom are new to the sport¿develop confidence and resilience that extends far beyond the water.

The VISTA member will play a key role in expanding the capacity of CTC by strengthening our volunteer network, deepening community partnerships, and increasing donor and sponsor engagement. This includes helping to create systems and materials that support program sustainability, improve data collection for events and outreach, and build infrastructure to better serve our youth and supporters.

We¿re looking for a candidate who is organized, proactive, and passionate about youth development and community empowerment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Experience with data tracking, outreach, or nonprofit development is a plus¿but a willingness to learn is just as valuable.
