25-26 Women's Sports Foundation Community Impact VISTA

The Women¿s Sports Foundation was established in 1974 to advance the lives of women and girls through sports and physical activity. Our mission is to enable all girls and women to reach their potential in sports and life. We provide financial fuel to aspiring champion athletes. We fund groundbreaking research. We educate. We advocate. And we help communities get girls active. Sure, there¿s a long way to go but we¿re not going to stop until we get there.

Our organization is dedicated to advancing equity and opportunities for girls and women through sports. We believe in the transformative power of sports to foster leadership, teamwork, and confidence. We work tirelessly to support initiatives that promote gender equality, provide mentorship, and enhance community engagement.

The VISTA member will play a crucial role in enhancing the capacity and effectiveness of our Community Impact department. They will support key initiatives in event planning, community engagement, mentorship programs, increasing community outreach, and supporting grant programs.
