2024-25 Healthcare Outreach Specialist

CCCTX provides a variety of client services to the community. The mission of the St. Gabriel¿s Pregnancy and Parenting Program (SGPPP) is to empower parents to foster healthy relationships and create a supportive environment for their children to ensure a healthy and stable beginning to life. We provide SGPPP services without cost to mothers and fathers expecting a child or with children aged 0-3 years old. The Healthcare Outreach Specialist will play a pivotal role in assisting families with Medicaid enrollment and helping understand insurance benefits in order to maximize their benefits. This position requires an interest in public health, healthcare, community outreach and working with families with young children.
