About this Opportunity
Due to the continued expansion and growth of the organization, the VISTA will organize and develop the processes to implement the five year (2025-2030) strategic plan approved by the organizations¿ board of directors. The Boys & Girls Club of North LA has 9 locations and serve over 800 youth a year. The VISTA will design strategies and timelines to implement the board development goals which includes organization structure, goals of locations, programs and resource development goals identified in the plan.
