Healing Action - Service Coordinator

Healing Action Network provides comprehensive support to survivors of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation through advocacy, awareness, and direct clinical services. Members can choose from a variety of organizations statewide, allowing them to tailor their service experience to align with their personal interests and strengths.

This partnership not only provides training in trauma-informed care and advocacy but also fosters the development of meaningful relationships within the community. We are seeking graduate-level social work and counseling students to join our team through our partnership with AmeriCorps. This unique, paid practicum opportunity offers hands-on experience in clinical service coordination, empowering students to develop their skills in trauma-informed care while making a meaningful impact in the lives of survivors.

As a Clinical Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering trauma-informed service coordination services. This is not traditional case management; the complexity of working with survivors of human trafficking requires advanced clinical skills. You will provide therapeutic interventions and crisis management, assisting clients with navigating resources and creating individualized plans for recovery.
