26-27 Excite All Stars Development & Partnerships VISTA

Excite All Stars (EAS) is a premier youth development nonprofit based in New Orleans, Louisiana, dedicated to empowering youth through Academics, Athletics, Arts, Leadership, and STEM programming. Since 2007, EAS has served thousands of youth through year-round enrichment opportunities that help students discover and maximize their talents while building confidence, leadership skills, and pathways toward future success.

Serving predominantly underserved communities throughout New Orleans East and surrounding neighborhoods, Excite All Stars provides access to safe, high-quality programming that addresses education, social-emotional development, mentorship, and poverty-related barriers to opportunity. Our programs include tennis, golf, soccer, leadership development, workforce readiness, summer camp, arts enrichment, STEM education, and mentorship initiatives.

The Resource Development & Partnerships VISTA will play a key role in helping Excite All Stars expand its impact and sustainability. This VISTA will work closely with organizational leadership to strengthen fundraising systems, develop strategic partnerships, support donor engagement efforts, and increase community resources that directly support youth programming.

The VISTA will gain valuable experience in nonprofit leadership, grant writing, partnership development, fundraising strategy, and community engagement while working alongside an innovative and mission-driven team.
