The mission of Major Taylor Iron Riders is to promote the joys, the health benefits, and the camaraderie of cycling. Based in New York City, the club consists of cyclists of all levels from all over the tri-state area. We are a high performance cycling club, with membership open to anyone. At the heart of our social enterprise is a commitment to bridging the gaps between health, wealth, and life expectancy. We use data to guide our decision making around what programming looks like in each of the communities we serve.

Major Taylor Iron Riders is looking for a Partnerships and Development VISTA to develop strategies that expand the visibility and the marketing of our brand to potential schools, partners, community health, and non-profit organizations within underserved communities. If you have a genuine interest in wanting to get NYC¿s underserved communities active and healthy and posses a background or strong interest in program design, this is the role for you!
