The Miami Marlins Foundation makes a positive IMPACT in South Florida by creating opportunities for youth in underserved communities to stay active, achieve academic success, and build leadership skills. Our programs focus on wellness, empowerment, and Youth Baseball & Softball. We encourage our team members to be bold in innovation and be a key contributor to making a measurable impact in our community. Our organization takes pride in representing the South Florida community as we build a championship culture both on and off the field. Our office is located at loanDepot park in Miami, FL. The VISTA will play a pivotal role in growing the Academy by increasing youth participation, expanding volunteer coaching, and enhancing community league play. The role will focus on enhancing operational effectiveness in youth sports programming, event coordination, and community engagement, ensuring greater accessibility to baseball and softball in underserved communities. We are looking for a candidate that is passionate, a self-starter, enthusiastic about sports and giving back to the Miami community.
