Girls Inc. of Los Angeles

Join Girls Inc. of Los Angeles as a classroom volunteer in the Fall of 2023.

Bring your boldest self to empower girls to discover their inherent strengths and mentor her on making informed decisions while having fun.

In-class volunteers support instructors with weekly activities in our classrooms once or twice a week from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, 2 to 3 hours a day. Girls Inc. proudly serves girls in six schools located in the South and West Los Angeles area. Applicants will be assigned to one location.

Volunteers will be required to complete LAUSD and Girls Inc. requirements as follows: Zoom Volunteer meeting to learn about Girls Inc. of LA , A Livescan background screening , A TB test with submission of a negative result. , Proof of completed Covid vaccination. , Complete volunteer-mandated reporter training.
