Sails Angels Richmond

We provide unique outdoor James River activities at no charge for small groups of adults and youth. Our needs include Volunteers to help with our outings, maintain our equipment and facilities. We also need volunteers to help expand our schedule by finding folks that would benefit from from our programs. We also have long term expansion projects involving marine construction. We work with the Blue sky fund , the Fresh Air Fund, numerous church groups, families with autistic kids, and anyone else who would benefit. We continue to try and include disadvantaged adults in our program, and hope to have success soon.

Sails Angels Richmond is an organization of local canoe sailors and paddlers dedicated to promoting the small craft experience, encouraging good stewardship of the natural river surroundings and sharing this with the less fortunate.
