Suffolk Corps - Seniors Program

Our Seniors Program welcomes adults 55+ to enjoy the following activities:

• Get Your Groove On - Focus on health and exercise
• Fuel Up - Healthy Meals
• Friendly Competition - games and other activities
• Fellowship
• Guest Speakers
• Crafts
• Local Outings
• Door Prizes

Volunteers will support TSA staff with set up, assisting during the program, and clean up. This opportunity will take place weekly on Wednesdays and volunteer support will be needed from 9:45 am to 1:45 pm.
