About this Opportunity

Help identify images of federally threatened eastern indigo snakes within a database of digital trail camera photos. This project is focused on improving our understanding of the snakes’ activity and distribution at the reintroduction site in the Florida panhandle, and gives volunteers a chance to make a difference in the conservation of North America’s largest native snake species.

This is a virtual program that takes plan entirely online and is seeking volunteers year-round.
