Food and Clothing Pantry Volunteers Needed

Village Family Food Pantry distributes bags of groceries, clothing and a whole lot more at First Calvary Baptist Church in Norfolk, Virginia  to families in need.

We need volunteers to assist with HEAVY lifting, loading supplies, sorting through the donations, greeting our guests,  and helping to organize everything being distributed. Volunteers are also needed for unloading, storing, and breaking down boxes, organizing & sorting pantry items.

This volunteer activity requires a lot of repetitive heavy lifting of boxes that weigh about 40 - 60 lbs.

As always, please only volunteer if you are healthy. Bring your mask, be sure to wear close-toed shoes, and dress for the weather, as most of what we do occurs outside.
