Supported Event Leadership Role for Nonprofit in Health and Happiness

Who: A Healthier, Happier Me (AHHM)'s mission is to provide individuals from marginalized communities with the knowledge and resources needed to thrive physically and emotionally. We envision a world where the barriers for physical and emotional well-being in marginalized communities no longer exist, and everyone enjoys an optimal state of health.

• As an Event Planning/Coordinator Volunteer, you'll play a crucial role in creating, planning, organizing, and executing events that promote health and happiness within our community.
• Your responsibilities will include planning event logistics, coordinating vendors and volunteers, managing event timelines, overseeing setup and teardown, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• You'll collaborate closely with our team to bring our vision for each event to life and contribute to the overall success of our initiatives. 

• Commit to a minimum of 3 months of volunteering: This approach allows volunteers the flexibility to reassess their commitment after the initial period, without feeling obligated to continue if their circumstances or desires change.
• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field, with a strong understanding of event logistics and management. 
• Proficiency in using event planning software, Microsoft Office Suite, or other relevant tools is preferred but not required.
