Fundraising/Sponsorship Help Needed for Nonprofit in Health and Happiness

Who: A Healthier, Happier Me (AHHM)'s mission is to provide individuals from marginalized communities with the knowledge and resources needed to thrive physically and emotionally. We envision a world where the barriers for physical and emotional well-being in marginalized communities no longer exist, and everyone enjoys an optimal state of health.

• You will lead our fundraising efforts, donor acquisition strategies, and sponsorship outreach initiatives.
• Your role will involve identifying potential donors and sponsors, cultivating relationships with philanthropic individuals and organizations, developing fundraising campaigns and events, and overseeing donation processing and acknowledgment.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for making and receiving US-based calls to engage with prospective donors and sponsors, answer inquiries, and convey our organization's mission and impact. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners. 
• Strong sales or negotiation skills, with the ability to pitch our organization's mission and programs persuasively to potential donors and sponsors. 
• Proficiency in making and receiving US-based calls, with a professional and engaging phone demeanor. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational and project management skills to oversee fundraising campaigns and events. 
• Commit to a minimum of 3 months of volunteering: This approach allows volunteers the flexibility to reassess their commitment after the initial period, without feeling obligated to continue if their circumstances or desires change.
