Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, make calls, and assist with other general office tasks.
- Update, organize, and maintain documents, primarily in Google Docs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Handle various tasks that enhance team efficiency, such as scheduling meetings and setting up organizational tools.
- Manage sensitive information professionally, maintaining confidentiality in all communications and document handling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet project needs.
- Keep records of completed tasks, communications, and updates to ensure smooth project flow and team communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions via email and phone.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple documents and tasks accurately.
- Ability to handle and protect sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Reliable and capable of working independently, managing tasks within a flexible 3-4 hours per week.
- Comfortable with a dynamic work environment and open to taking on new tasks as needed.
