DONATE: Host a Meal for Safe Parking Participants

You, your family, business, church, or organization can provide a meal to Dreams for Change families. Each night they have between 20 to 60 men, women, and children who would love a hot meal. Dreams for Change can pick up your meals and deliver them to their participants or you are welcome to come down and spend an evening getting to know the people you have helped.

The loss of a vehicle is one of the final steps to chronic homelessness. Dreams for Change provides safety and case management for individuals living in their vehicles. The Safe Parking Program provides supportive services and a safe place to park for families and individuals who are living in their vehicles.

Opportunity Requirements & Important Notes

• Signing Up: Donated meals are needed for both breakfast and dinner at specific sites. Breakfast meals are served 6:30am - 7:30am and dinner meals are served 6:00pm - 8:30pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 

• Note: Here is an FAQ about hosting meals for additional information. 

• Note: After volunteers express interest with their availability, a Dreams for Change team member will respond to coordinate and confirm a date for the dinner you are hosting.
