Receptionist - Granite City

Our Granite City location primarily assists with rent/utilitites, bus tokens/gas cards and prescription medication cost assistance.  The location is open three days per week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  We are looking for a receptionist to check and return voicemail messages, answer incoming calls, provide referral assistance to other services within the community, and respond to walk-ups at the front door.  Tuesdays are pretty hectic due to it being the office's "Monday".  The office would benefit from a consistent volunteer on Tuesdays from the hours of 9am - 2pm (stop time is negotiable).  The volunteer would work closely with the office manager, who would provide training, educational materials and be of assistance as needed.
