Jubilation In June (City of Richmond Juneteenth Celebration)

Brief Organizational Description: 
Jubilation in June is Richmond’s annual Juneteenth celebration, bringing our community together to honor freedom, heritage, and progress. Featuring live music, lively dancing, diverse vendors, food trucks and fireworks.

Volunteer Position Description and Purpose:
There are multiple areas to volunteer. We'd like you to do at least one hour. 

Volunteer Duties & Responsibilities:
These will vary based on what you signed up to do.

Qualifications, Skills, & Requirements:
Be mindful of your limitations in heat and sun. We will have water for everyone but if you have special needs please bring what you need. 

Time Commitment:
At least one hour. Be 10 minutes early to transition into your shift.

Other Information (if applicable):

• We will have a walk through before the event. This will familiarize you with the space and parking. 
• We recommend cool clothing, sunscreen. 
• You will be able to park at Stone Brewing, or take the bus from Main Street Station. 
• When you arrive, chekc in at the volunteer tent.
