Invitation to Join the Saving Our Youth VA Board of Directors

At Saving Our Youth VA, 2 of our Board Members are rotating off so we need strong leadership to fill their seats.  On behalf of our Board of Directors, I would like to invite you to join the Saving Our Youth VA Board.

Saving Our Youth VA was founded in 2009 with a simple but powerful belief: every young person deserves the chance to thrive, no matter the challenges they face. Today, our work continues to expand, supporting youth academically, socially, and emotionally, while uplifting families and strengthening our community.

As a board member, you would help guide this mission forward by offering your insight, your voice, and your commitment to the well‑being of our youth.

Board Member Responsibilities Include:

•             Attending monthly board meetings, most of them are virtual.

•             Providing strategic guidance and oversight

•             Supporting fundraising and community partnerships

•             Serving as an ambassador for Saving Our Youth VA

•             Participating in at least one committee or project area

If you have a passion for helping at-risk youth, we believe your presence would strengthen both our vision and our impact.
