About this Opportunity
Many individuals experiencing homelessness for the first time often opt to live in their cars. By providing them with dinner, you are offering an opportunity to connect and feel cared for as they strive to secure housing. Dreams for Change hosts a safe parking program where these individuals can have a safe place to park and receive on-site services such as restrooms, handwashing stations, charging stations, and case management services.
Dreams for Change and their safe parking participants are counting on your assistance to help set up for the meal service promptly at 5:30pm. After the meal service is set up, you will support with plating and serving the evening meal provided by their Dreams' Cuisine program. Your contribution will greatly enhance the overall experience for their participants.
