Office Volunteer Needed in Ann Arbor

Are you looking for a weekday volunteer opportunity to help your community? Heartland Hospice (formerly ProMedica Hospice) can use your help in our office! If you can do or are willing to learn to do administrative tasks, we welcome you here.

Volunteers must be at least 16 to work in the Ann Arbor office.Heartland (formerly ProMedica Hospice, now part of Gentiva) requires all volunteers to get the annual flu shot and provides it for free. Volunteers must get their annual COVID shot and provide proof. They must also get an initial and an annual background check and drug screening (all paid for by Heartland). All volunteers must complete an N95 mask fit test. Volunteers must be willing to have a copy of their driver's license or other ID, and car insurance (if the volunteer drives) in their files. We provide extensive training, including orientation and continuing education, to ensure volunteers are fully prepared for their work.
