About this Opportunity
Residential Counselor Assistant! Assist an energetic, team-oriented staff at the front desk of our residential drug and alcohol treatment center. Interact with and mentor clients, assist with problem-solving situations, in taking clients on activities, answer phones, check clients in and out of the center, and general clerical tasks. Shifts Monday through Friday, morning, afternoon and evening, 3 - 4 hours per week.
A chemical dependency and cognitive restructuring program utilizing therapeutic community, evidence-based practices, and compassionate accountability to provide our clients with the opportunity to make the choices to engage in recovery both from their disease of chemical dependency and from their criminal lifestyle/harmful thinking patterns.
