Healing by Growing Farms is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented volunteer Project Manager to join our leadership team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our programs and initiatives. Responsibilities:
Data Management and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to funding, farm operations, educational programs, and community outreach to inform decision-making and measure impact. Project Timeline Management: Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and resources are allocated effectively. Monthly Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly reports on project progress, data analysis findings, and key performance indicators for the leadership team and stakeholders. File System Management: Organize and maintain Healing by Growing Farms' file systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and up-to-date. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all areas of the organization.
Qualifications:
Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, ideally in a non-profit or community-based organization. Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making. Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to the leadership team and stakeholders.
