We are seeking a compassionate and patient volunteer to spend time with an elderly participant living in Federal Way. The participant is alert and oriented but tends to be tangential in thoughts and stories. She can make her needs known and enjoys engaging in conversations about a wide range of topics.About the Participant:Hobbies:Beachballs, painting shirts, discussing past life experiences and stories.Personality:Very talkative, enjoys long conversations, and has some verbal stimming by speaking/shouting into her beachballs for external stimuli.If you enjoy meaningful conversations and have a few hours to spare, your companionship would be greatly appreciated.
