About this Opportunity
Volunteers with great customer services skills are needed to help our patients/clients/visitors at NorthPoint find the resources they need on our campus. Available shifts are Monday through Friday 8am-12pm. We request volunteers to sign up for a minimum of one shift per week for 3 months.
Volunteers will greet visitors, offer assistance finding the correct office/reception desk to go to, walk them to their destination as needed, and answer any general questions about NorthPoint programs and services. A Resource Guide and Training are provided.
Do you speak Somali, Spanish or Hmong? Come flex those language skills while helping our customers! English-only speakers are welcome too.

Required face coverings:
All staff and volunteers are encouraged to wear face coverings that cover both mouth and nose and are secure with ear loops.NorthPoint will provide disposable masks and hand sanitizer during your shift.
How to Dress and What to Bring:
Professional, neat, clean attire. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes

Free ramp parking is suggested and available across the street from the main campus at:
1256 Penn Avenue North. Parking entrance is located via Oliver Avenue North.
