About this Opportunity
Do you enjoy chatting and socializing on the phone? Welcome to Samaritan's Friendly Caller program where you can have an important impact by making meaningful phone calls a few hours weekly to adults who are socially isolated.
Volunteer from your own home using a call hub to respect privacy and confidentiality. A one-hour Orientation and a one-time training is provided and available virtually. Must be 18+ years old.
Samaritan abides by the National Hospice and Palliative Care guideline that anyone who has experienced a significant loss of a loved one within the past 12 months, you must wait one year from the date of loss before volunteering.
