Dates: This Position is Year Round 2020
Groundskeeper for lawn, shrubbery, tree maintenance,100 foot fire clearance, as well as also maintenance of buildings, toilets, minor electrical repair and plumbing repair. Have own tools: lawnmowers, weed eaters, pruners, chainsaw, blower, utility trailer, besides hand tools (hammer, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.
Special Skills: Electrical, plumbing repair, welding (have 220 stick welder), experienced in roofing and building repair.
